Can I customize the order?
Yes! Just send us an email with your purchase number or request and we will email you back if there are any additional charges. Please note that customized orders can sometimes take longer to process and ship.
Payment and Shipping
For US customers shipping will be calculated based on the total amount includes a flat rate box and insurance. It will be shipped through the USPS with signature confirmation. We are currently not shipping internationally.

Returns & refunds
There will be no refunds or returns after 14 days of receiving the products. Returns and refunds are issued only after the customer has sent the product back to the company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the package has been received. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping back to the company.
