Our Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all sterling silver and 14k gold jewelry from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the metal or casting
  • Faulty clasps, posts, bails, or connections (due to a manufacturing defect)
  • Structural failure under normal, intended wear

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Accidental damage, heavy impacts, drops, dents, or bending from daily use
  • Scratches, chain snaps caused by pulling or snagging, or loss of stones due to impact
  • Loss or theft of the item
  • Damage or alterations resulting from resizing, modifications, or repairs performed by a third party
  • Natural tarnishing or discoloration caused by exposure to moisture, lotions, perfumes, sunscreen, sulfur, chlorine, or harsh chemicals
  • Gradual fading or wear on gold-plated and vermeil finishes due to regular wear and tear

How to Care for Your Jewelry

To keep your fine jewelry looking its absolute best:

  • Plated & Silver Pieces: Remove before swimming, showering, hot tubs, or vigorous workouts.
  • Chemicals & Fragrances: Apply perfumes, hair products, and lotions first and allow them to dry before putting on your jewelry.
  • Storage: Store each piece individually in a dry, airtight pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches and natural oxidation.
  • Cleaning: Gently wipe your pieces with a soft microfiber polishing cloth after wear to remove skin oils and maintain shine.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team within the 1-year warranty period with:

  • Your original order number and proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear, well-lit photos or a short video showing the defect from multiple angles
